Annual Notice of 403(b) Availability

Per IRS regulations governing the administration of 403(b) plans, Yuba County Office of Education offers a 403(b) Tax Sheltered Account Plan. As an eligible employee you have the ability to participate in this Plan by making voluntary salary reduction contributions to the Plan. Our 403(b) Plan is administered through TSA Consulting Group, Inc.

A link is provided below to the TSA Consulting Group website.  If you wish to begin participating in the plan, or change your current salary reductions, you should complete the 403(b) Salary Reduction Agreement form on the forms section of the website and submit to TSA Consulting Group. You may also obtain a list of approved vendors by visiting TSA Consulting Group's website.

• On the left hand menu, click on Plan Sponsor Pages
• Choose California from the drop down menu on the Employee Site page
• Choose Yuba County Office of Education from the drop down menu on the California Plan Sponsors page
• Click any of the available links to view the 403(b) Plan Information brochure, an educational video, or other related information
